In March 2022 we raised our flat rate of pay for carers to up to £14 per hour, with mileage and 10-minutes travel time also covered. Double pay is also available on certain bank holidays.
Additionally we offer a flexible working environment, with full-time and part-time roles available.

Every single one of your home visits will last a minimum of 50 minutes, and often much longer. This allows you to really get to know who you are caring for and create deep, meaningful connections which also significantly improve the client’s wellbeing.
