A RESPECTFUL carer is punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. They have a positive attitude and always act in the correct way for both the client and the company. They treat each person with dignity & respect, considering their privacy, cultural and support needs.
CARING
To be CARING means being kind, compassionate, and having empathy and understanding for an individual. It means you care about them and their needs, wishes, and limitations.
PATIENT
Carers needs to be PATIENT and able to communicate well with clients so that their care plan, and what's important to the client, can be delivered during the visit. This should be achieved in a timely manner without pressurising or rushing clients.

Our carers must:

Be able to speak English fluently

Be eligible to work within the UK
Previous home care experience is desired but not essential, as comprehensive in-depth training is provided as part of achieving your Care Certificate.
