“Instead of 15-minute visits that barely leave the carer time to say hello or goodbye, all our visits will be at least 50 minutes long, giving our staff time to deliver the sort of care our clients need and deserve.
“Our clients want to carry on living life on their own terms, not have care ‘done to them’. Instead, our carers will have time to sit down and have a chat, or play a game of Scrabble, or do whatever puts a smile on the face of the people they’re supporting.
As Blossom’s Reading franchisee, Ganesh will be working with his wife, Sangita, and his business partner, Prajwal Bhattarai, to offer care in the home to clients in parts of Basingstoke and Newbury as well as Reading.
