Olivia has worked within the NHS as a Midwife for over a decade and is passionate about the transformative effect of good care. Throughout her career she has been guided by the principle that truly getting to know a person is just as important as understanding their physical needs. This person-centred approach is echoed by Patrick with his years of experience in delivering individualised financial planning for private clients. They operate a rigorous nursing-led approach to the recruitment, training and development of their staff, with the safe delivery of care facilitated by hands-on leadership and regular audit.
Patrick and Olivia are motivated by supporting individuals to live full and active lives within their own homes and communities. They understand that this requires full and total confidence in those providing care, both for the people receiving it and their loved ones. Their carers use a specially designed app to ‘log in/out’ and document calls, which offers complete transparency of the care delivery.
Blossom carers are trained to help with personal, dementia, complex and palliative care, medication management, daily activities, and companionship.
