The story behind Blossom Home Care
Blossom Home Care was founded by John Leggott, a co-founder with firsthand experience of the challenges in the care industry. During a search for home care for a fiercely independent relative who wanted to remain at home, he encountered the devastating impact that failing low-cost home care services had on clients and their families.
This experience highlighted a significant gap in the availability of high-quality care services, particularly in rural areas. It became clear that there was a pressing need for a new kind of business, one that treated both staff and clients with respect and dignity while delivering the highest standards in home care.
As the exploration of franchise opportunities began, it quickly became evident that the existing options did not align with the vision of a well-run professional care provider. This realisation led to the decision to sow the seeds of Blossom Home Care.
