Blossom Home Care are head and shoulders above any other care-in-the-home provider in the country, providing bloomin' good care across the UK.

Our dementia care goes above and beyond just helping the individual in need – we also work to relieve the stress it brings family members too.

Live-in care focuses on dignity, helping clients retain their independence whilst enabling them to continue making choices on their own terms.

We go the extra mile every time to ensure our complex care services deliver exactly what’s needed and more.

A nurse-led approach to home care

Set visit times – on time, every time
Innocent and his wife Josephine live in Aberdeen with their two children who both have complex medical conditions. Having worked in the health and social care sector they have experienced care from both sides and know only too well the problems that can be associated with its delivery.
Despite the challenges of caring for special needs children, Innocent delivers pastoral care as a volunteer at his local church while Josephine supports vulnerable families as a Home Start volunteer. We have always wanted to make a difference to people’s life especially vulnerable people’s lives; enabling someone to live a happier life is important to us. Having worked in care homes, we observed that despite the standard of care being good clients still missed their home environment and the relationships they had built over many years with family and friends.
Carer’s ‘log in/out’ of the calls via an App. The App is also used to update client’s and their loved ones about visits which offers complete transparency of the care delivery. Blossom Carers are trained to help with personal, dementia, complex and palliative care, medication management, daily activities, and companionship so that the people we care for can stay in the home they love and continue to experience the things that make a real difference to their quality of life.
Your well-being is our top priority so if you live in Aberdeen and the surrounding area and require home care, embark on a journey where your comforts of home are matched with our bespoke, professional care and support. Ready to experience a new level of care?
