Our story & leadership
Co‑owners lead the West London & Middlesex arm with deep personal experience and a heartfelt mission. One of the owners was profoundly affected by his mother’s dementia and the lack of options other than residential care. Passionate about offering an alternative—enabling people to live and age in the comfort of their own homes—he became a Blossom Home Care franchise owner. Together with co‑owner Aaron Mohammed, they are dedicated to delivering “bloomin’ good care” in line with Blossom’s core values: Family, Empathy, Respect and Quality .
Supporting Aaron is Registered Manager Leticia Ricketts, who oversees care delivery, liaises with clients and families, and ensures high standards of compliance and safeguarding within every care plan .
