Meet the Founders

Subash and Santosh have both worked extensively within healthcare and witnessed firsthand the limitations of rushed home visits. Their commitment to meaningful care led them to open a Blossom Home Care franchise. Passionate about delivering “bloomin’ good care”, they ensure carers are never pressured into cutting visits short—a commitment reflected in their minimum 50‑minute standard visits.

Subash, who holds a Master’s in Business Management, notes that this extended visit time “is ample time for carers to fully meet the client’s individual needs, wants and wishes”.

Blossom Barnet & West Hampstead holds a CQC registration from 22 February 2024, covering care for individuals both over and under 65, including those with dementia, physical or sensory impairments. Although awaiting its first inspection, the office is firmly committed to CQC standards of safety, effectiveness, care and governance.

Backed by a multi-award‑winning brand, Blossom continues to innovate and grow. In its first year, the Barnet & West Hampstead office created around 30 local jobs and offered a special free 50‑minute visit promotion for new clients—a testament to their confidence in delivering outstanding care.
