Subash Sivapandi and his brother Santosh live in the Barnet and West Hampstead area with their family. Having worked in the health and social care sector for several years they know only too well the problems that can be associated with its delivery.
We have always wanted to make a difference to people’s lives, that’s why we’ve worked in care. However, as carers, we faced the same issues each day given we aren’t always allocated enough time to do the job properly. This meant facing the same dilemma each day; either deliver the care your client needed and take longer in the call or, try and run on time which often meant compromising care delivery.
