With a Head Office in Northallerton and a second office in Tadcaster, we deliver care to clients in their own home and are totally committed to delivering high quality, individualised care and support. Blossom Home Care is currently recruiting high standard home carers to work in the following areas.

Working from our Northallerton office and covering the area above Easingwold: Darlington, Yarm, Richmond, Bedale, Thirsk, Wynyard, Hurworth, Croft, etc.

Working from our Tadcaster office and covering the area south of Easingwold: Wetherby, Ripon, Harrogate, and York.

There are a number of benefits to working with Blossom and there are full-time as well as part-time hours available right now. We offer:

  • £10 per hour flat rate for Carers
  • £11 per hour flat rate for Senior Carers
  • Minimum 20 hour contracts
  • Mileage and travel time paid, plus holiday pay
  • Dedicated management team
  • Induction and full training given
  • Flexible working hours including weekends
  • Free uniform
  • Work mobile phone

Blossom carers need:

  • A current UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
  • To be motivated and enthusiastic
  • To demonstrate high standards of care and be compassionate
  • To have their own car as carers are responsible for getting from one visit to another in a timely manner
  • To be IT literate
  • To have a minimum of 6 months experience in care
